is a passionate guy, with a strong entrepreneurship mind. He is fully determined doing nothing by half measures. It is behind many bars here and there around the world that Germain will sharpen its vision about cocktails. He wants to impose cognac not only suggest it, and introduce it back into the classic cocktails or its own creations. In 2015, he immerses himself into the fundamentals and quickly ends up getting the precious title of «Cognac Educator» by the Cognac Bureau.
Formerly trained at hotel school where gets the background for unforgettable consumer experience, he naturally follows his passion - mixology - that takes him to London and Malta. He will get prestigious bar manager positions abroad, before he is back in the cognac region. He will work in leading spirit Houses as a bar or brand home manager in the very heart of the French Spirits Valley.
Aël is truly a made-in Bar Louise bartender who benefited from substantial internal training. Building on the foundations laid by his former training at the European Bartender School, he rapidly joined the Team for a season that confirmed his vocation. Seizing an opportunity in Australia where he spent a while, he also sharpened his skills as a Barista making amazing espresso drinks. With a creative mind, attentive and providing good advice, Aël is now our Bar Manager embodying the Bar Louise savoir-faire and excellence.
